WinChoice is seeking two experienced Mid-Level Recruiters to drive talent acquisition efforts across different areas of our organization. These roles are pivotal in building strong talent pipelines, enhancing our employer brand, and partnering with leadership to meet strategic staffing goals, ultimately supporting our company's growth and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent through platforms like Indeed, LinkedIn, social media, and industry networks
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines to ensure readiness for current and future hiring needs
• Create compelling job advertisements and recruitment campaigns that resonate with targeted candidates
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates, coordinating with hiring managers and leadership throughout the process
• Partner with department leaders to understand staffing requirements and craft effective recruiting strategies
• Manage candidate data within ATS systems, ensuring accurate records and streamlined workflows
• Represent WinChoice at career fairs, industry events, and community outreach opportunities to promote our employer brand
