Recruiter

We are seeking a committed and experienced Recruiter to support our company's rapid growth. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on recruitment experience, particularly within the customer service industry, with a strong ability to source, screen, and attract top-quality candidates. This is a key role for ensuring we continue building a high-performing, reliable team.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the full-cycle recruitment process: from drafting and posting job ads to screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
  
  
• Identify and attract high-quality candidates with experience in customer support roles.
  
  
• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
  
  
• Maintain an active pipeline of potential candidates to meet ongoing hiring demands.
  
  
• Ensure a professional and engaging candidate experience throughout the process.
  
  

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment, ideally in a fast-paced or high-growth environment.
  
  
• Proven success in hiring for customer service roles (BPO, call centers, support teams, etc.).
  
  
• Excellent screening and interviewing skills with a strong eye for talent and cultural fit.
  
  
• Deep understanding of the customer service industry and the profiles that thrive in it.
  
  
• High level of commitment, responsibility, and proactivity
  
  
• Proficiency in English at C1 level.
