Recruiting Coordination Associate (Fall 2026)

As our Recruiting Coordinator Associate, you will report to our Recruiting Coordination, Team Lead and support the Coordination team. You will have the opportunity to learn about recruiting processes, systems, and policies.

Our ideal candidate is an individual with an extremely high attention to detail, strong sense of pride in the quality of their work, great communication skills, and most importantly someone who understands the rapid pace of startups. This is a 12 week program minimum (5 days onsite) at our HQ in San Francisco at Pier 70 (located right by the Warriors stadium!).

Role

  • End-to-End Early Careers Ownership: Partner directly with hiring managers to drive all university and early talent hiring, managing job postings, candidate pipelines, and offer extensions.
  • Candidate Experience & Onsite Hosting: Guide candidates through a high-touch interview process as the primary liaison for internal teams, while welcoming and hosting candidates in-office for both your pipelines and fellow coordinators.
  • ATS & Operational Integrity: Maintain strict data hygiene and documentation standards across the Applicant Tracking System to ensure reliable recruiting metrics and compliance.
  • Process Optimization & Special Projects: Continuously evaluate workflows to elevate team efficiency and candidate experience, while supporting ad-hoc talent acquisition projects and campus events as needed.

Requirements

  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever, Greenhouse, or similar ATS)
  • Ability to learn quickly
  • Someone who cares about doing an amazing job
  • Person who can’t leave text messages unread
  • Positive attitude and eagerness to learn
  • Experience with project management and demonstrated success in multi-tasking
  • Service-oriented with strong professionalism when communicating
  • Extremely detail-oriented and responsive on Gmail and Slack

Bonus

  • Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.) or GSuite (Google Docs, Sheets, etc.)
  • Experience with interview scheduling
  • Experience building data visualization dashboards

The base salary for this position is $1,750 per week.
