Recruiting Coordinator

Corvid Technologies is adding a Recruiting Coordinator to support Talent Acquisition functions across the organization. In this role, you will develop an understanding of the Talent Acquisition & Management process while providing administrative support to a variety of tasks related to recruiting. This position will help coordinate on-site interviews, review and disposition applications, assist with employment offers, documentation, and provide administrative support throughout the recruiting process. This unique opportunity will expose the right candidate to a variety of career paths, from recruiting & HR to business operations as it relates to the Defense Industry.

Typical tasks will include:

• Reviewing and dispositioning candidates for technical openings
• Scheduling onsite interviews with candidates
• Responding to candidate and hiring manager recruiting inquiries
• Support sourcing efforts using ATS and available job boards
• Coordinating summer intern program - including technical presentations, social events and more

Requirements

• Candidate must be a US Citizen
• Position requires at least a High School Diploma (preferred candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field)
• Experience with MS Office
• Demonstrated communication skills are required (both verbal and written)
• Experience in a sales position or high-end customer service position is preferred
