Recruitment and Retention Manager

 Location: Brooklyn, NY

Salary: $100K+

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment & Retention Manager to lead the agency’s HHA/PCA recruitment team, develop reliable recruiting pipelines, and improve caregiver hiring, onboarding, and retention.

Responsibilities for Recruitment and Retention Manager:

• Manage, coach, and oversee the recruitment team and hiring goals.
• Build relationships with HHA training schools, community organizations, and referral sources.
• Oversee recruitment campaigns, job fairs, and sourcing strategies.
• Monitor candidates through hiring, onboarding, and their first assignments.
• Partner with HR, Scheduling, and Operations to meet staffing needs.
• Improve caregiver retention and reactivate inactive aides.
• Track recruitment performance, hiring metrics, and expenses.

Requirements for Recruitment and Retention Manager:

• Previous experience managing a recruitment team.
• Home care, LHCSA, HHA, or PCA recruiting experience
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with recruiting systems, reporting, and performance metrics.
• Ability to develop recruiting strategies and drive results independently.
