RECRUITMENT ASSOCIATE

We are seeking a dedicated Recruitment Associate to join our team and take ownership of the end-to-end hiring process for our Delivery Representatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment cycle for Delivery Representatives (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding)
• Post job advertisements on MyCareersFuture, job portals, and social media platforms
• Source candidates through various channels, including online platforms and referrals
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews/phone screenings.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers
• Prepare and issue employment-related documents (e.g. offer letters)
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Follow up with candidates on application status and onboarding process
• Support onboarding activities for new hires
• Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure the timely fulfilment of staffing needs

Requirements:

• Work across our two warehouse locations in Pasir Panjang and Woodlands, supporting efficient delivery operations
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced logistics environment
