Recruitment Consultant

Location: Central Business District (CBD), Singapore

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Salary:
Basic Salary: $2,000 - $3,000 (Based on Experience)

If you have a CEI license, you're welcome to apply even if you've never worked in recruitment before. We believe attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn are more important than years of experience.

If you don't have a CEI license but have previous recruitment or talent acquisition experience, we also encourage you to apply. Sponsorship for CEI certification may be available for suitable candidates.

What You'll Do

• Source and interview candidates for a wide range of industries

• Match candidates with suitable job opportunities

• Build and maintain relationships with clients and job seekers

• Coordinate interviews and manage the recruitment process from start to finish

• Develop new business opportunities and grow existing accounts

• Achieve personal and team recruitment targets
