Recruitment Consultant

We are looking for a driven and people-focused Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This is a delivery-focused recruitment role. Your primary responsibility is to identify, attract, assess, and deliver high-quality candidates for vacancies provided by our client-facing team.

You will not be required to conduct business development or source new clients. Instead, you will focus on what you do best — finding the right people for the right roles.

The successful candidate will be proactive, resourceful, target-driven, and highly capable of sourcing candidates through multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

Candidate Sourcing

• Source suitable candidates for active vacancies using LinkedIn, job boards, recruitment databases, social media, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing.

• Proactively identify both active and passive candidates who match client requirements.

• Conduct targeted searches using relevant keywords, job titles, industries, skills, and experience.

• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future vacancies.

• Reach out to prospective candidates and effectively communicate available opportunities.

• Utilise creative sourcing strategies to identify hard-to-find talent.

• Maintain an up-to-date database of qualified candidates.
