Mission

Play a central role in accelerating the growth of Altera Recruiting by driving placements, strengthening client partnerships, and expanding our candidate network.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the full recruitment cycle (360) and consistently deliver successful placements.

  • Expand and nurture our candidate community, building lasting, trust-based relationships.

  • Oversee client accounts, fostering strong partnerships with Talent Acquisition teams and Hiring Managers, and identifying business development opportunities.

  • Collaborate closely with teammates to identify and utilize our existing client and candidate database to drive and maximize recruitment activities.

  • Partner with our Consulting arm to create synergies and unlock cross-selling opportunities.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement by refining processes, tools, and operations.

  • Continuously try to understand what is happening on the market to accelerate your ability to consult with candidates and clients alike.



Requirements

Must Have

  • Agency Recruitment Experience: At least 2 years of proven success in a 360 environment.

  • Sales Drive: You have a passion for sales with a clear, demonstrable track record of performance.

  • Communication Excellence: You possess strong verbal and written communication skills (in English); you are able to build trust and influence stakeholders.

  • Competitive Mindset: You persist through challenges, and focus on solutions instead of complaints.

  • Structure & Organization: You stay on top of priorities, manage details flawlessly, anticipate issues, and work proactively.

  • Ownership & Accountability: You operate independently, take pride in wins, own failures without excuses, and value constructive feedback.

  • High Integrity: You are honest, ethical, and consistently trustworthy in all interactions.

Nice to Have

  • Japanese language ability

  • Extensive knowledge of IT & digital
