Recruitment Consultant

Key Responsibilities: - Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. - Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions. - Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and networking, to attract potential candidates. - Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on client requirements. - Maintain and update candidate databases and ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. - Provide support in contract recruitment and assist clients in managing their hiring needs effectively. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and sales consulting. Required Skills: - Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Familiarity with international BPO and overseas recruitment processes is a plus. - A proactive approach to problem-solving and a keen eye for detail. - Previous experience as an HR intern or in a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
