Recruitment Consultant (Commission-Based)

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant with prior experience in agency recruitment who is comfortable working on a commission basis. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to closing placements. - Source and attract candidates (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) - Manage the full recruitment cycle (screening, interviews, follow-ups) - Understand client requirements and deliver suitable candidates - Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline - Coordinate interviews between clients and candidates - Negotiate offers and close placements

- Previous experience in recruitment (agency experience preferred) - Strong understanding of at least one sector: Finance, IT, or Legal - Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Entrepreneurial mindset and results-driven attitude
