💼 What You'll Be Doing
🔹 Manage the full recruitment cycle – from sourcing to successful placement
🔹 Handle Temp / Contract / Permanent recruitment across various industries
🔹 Source and screen candidates through multiple recruitment platforms
🔹 Create and post engaging job advertisements
🔹 Conduct candidate interviews via phone, virtual or face-to-face
🔹 Develop new business opportunities and build strong client relationships
🔹 Manage existing client accounts and understand their hiring needs
🔹 Follow up closely with candidates and clients on interview feedback and outcomes
🔹 As a Senior Consultant, you'll also have the opportunity to mentor and guide junior team members
🌱 What We're Looking For
✨ Diploma in any specialisation
✨ Sales-driven and motivated to achieve results
✨ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
✨ Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn
✨ Able to work independently while being a great team player
✨ Recruitment experience is an advantage, but we welcome motivated individuals who are keen to build a career in recruitment!
