Requirements

• Valid Certificate of Employment Intermediaries (CEI) issued by MOM Singapore
• Relevant working experience in a recruitment agency/company
• Sound understanding of local HR practices and employment regulations
• Strong sourcing and candidate-matching skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently

Key Responsibilities

• Source job orders from companies with hiring needs
• Identify and match suitable candidates through job portals, newspapers, and other channels
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for assigned roles
• Build and maintain relationships with client companies

Compensation

• Commission-based, with negotiable rates depending on experience and performance
