Recruitment Consultant

RESPONSIBILITY:

• Closely follow up leads/ enquiries (household employers)
• Sourcing and matching of candidates (domestic workers/ caregivers)
• Sales closure and order fulfilment
• Provides above and beyond customer service pre and post sales
• Customer management
• Support company marketing campaigns
• Active involvement in CSR (corporate social responsibility) event

REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to learn, and continuously improve one’s skills and knowledge.
• Sincere and empathetic in dealing with stakeholders (clients, candidates, colleagues & etc)
• Open and sensitive to people with different cultures and backgrounds
• Enjoy dealing with people
• High level of integrity
• Minimum Diploma/ Degree in any field
• Multi-lingual to handle candidates from different nationalities is advantageous
• Possession of CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediary) is advantageous.
• Training will be provided for those without prior knowledge about the industry.
