Recruitment Consultant
Job Summary
You will identify and recruit candidates for job openings, engage with companies to offer recruitment services, and coordinate hiring processes to meet recruitment targets.
Responsibilities
- Identify and recruit suitable candidates for job openings to meet client needs
- Make cold calls to companies to introduce recruitment services and generate leads
- Engage HR and hiring managers to understand their hiring requirements and provide tailored recruitment solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to support successful placements
- Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels to expand talent pools
- Conduct phone interviews to assess candidate suitability and create shortlists for clients
- Arrange and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients to facilitate hiring decisions
- Follow up with clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure timely position fulfillment
- Achieve monthly recruitment and cold-calling targets to support business growth
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Experience in recruitment or sales to enhance candidate sourcing and client engagement
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin to effectively liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders
- Positive, confident, and target-driven attitude to meet recruitment goals
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
