Job Responsibilities:

Source and recruit suitable candidates for various positions

Conduct candidate screening and interviews

Handle candidate documentation and follow-ups

Liaise with clients regarding manpower requirements

Maintain good relationships with candidates and clients

Meet recruitment targets and deadlines

Requirements:
CEA certificate must

Recruitment / manpower agency experience preferred

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Able to work independently and as a team

Target-oriented and responsible

Singapore recruitment experience will be an advantage
