As an Recruitment Consultant, you'll work alongside experienced consultants to identify, engage, and connect exceptional talent with leading organisations.

Your responsibilities include:

• Research industries and identify high-calibre professionals for key positions.

• Build and maintain relationships with candidates through networking, referrals, and proactive outreach.

• Conduct interviews to understand candidates' experience, career aspirations, and suitability for opportunities.

• Partner with senior consultants to understand clients' hiring needs and develop effective search strategies.

• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing through to offer management.

• Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates and provide an outstanding candidate experience.

• Develop market knowledge and stay informed about industry trends and talent movements.
