Recruitment Consultant/Principal Consultant – Global Markets

As a Recruitment Consultant specialised in global markets, you play a pivotal role in identifying and securing top-tier candidates highly specialised roles such in Sales & Trading, Wealth Structuring, and Investment Research.

By leveraging market insights and a consultative approach, you help drive business growth and strengthen client partnerships, contributing directly to the firm’s global reputation for delivering high impact talent solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Build your Client Base: proactively reach out to companies to pitch your services and represent the business. Help them find the right talent by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions. Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
• Find Top Talent: Source mid to senior-level candidates and become a subject matter expert in your recruitment market. Build and nurture strong relationships with potential candidates by understanding their career goals and aligning them with the right opportunities.
• Own the Process: Coordinate interviews, manage feedback loops, and ensure a smooth and professional experience for both candidates and clients. Lead offer negotiations and guide both sides through the process to secure successful, long-term partnerships.

Requirements

• Relevant experience in agency recruitment, executive search, or talent acquisition within a recruitment consulting environment
• Familiarity with the banking & financial services, global markets, or financial institutions
• Exposure to Sales & Trading and/or FICC recruitment
• Familiarity with G7 currencies and global foreign exchange markets
• Strong work ethic, proven resilience and drive
• Proactive, coachable, and adaptable
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, and performance-driven environment
• Ability to work autonomously and in teams
