About the Role

Iberg Global Solutions Private Ltd. is looking for a motivated and results-oriented Recruitment Consultant / Recruiter to join our growing team in Singapore.

The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate relationships, and supporting clients with their recruitment requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through job portals, professional networks, social media, databases, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate interviews and assessments.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Maintain and update candidate and recruitment records.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients.
• Understand client manpower requirements and provide suitable candidate profiles.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist with offer coordination and onboarding activities.
• Meet recruitment targets and contribute to the company's business growth.
• Ensure recruitment activities are carried out professionally and in accordance with applicable Singapore employment requirements.

Requirements

• GCE O-Leve/Diploma/ITE in any discipline preferred.
• Previous experience in recruitment, staffing, HR, sales, or customer-facing roles will be an advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication and interpersonal skills are welcome to apply.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Positive attitude, target-oriented approach, and willingness to learn.
• Good organisational and time-management skills.
