Recruitment consultant sources candidates, matches them to client roles, and manages placements end-to-end for a Singapore-based agency.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end (360) recruitment, covering business development, client servicing, and candidate placement.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and referrals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand hiring needs and workforce requirements.
Source, screen, and interview candidates for assigned roles.
Match candidates to suitable job opportunities and manage the interview process.
Negotiate job offers, fees, and placement terms with clients and candidates.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree holders welcome
1–3 years of experience in 360 recruitment, preferably in a recruitment agency environment.
Good communication and negotiation skills
