Your key responsibilities as a Recruitment Consultant are as below.

• JD Deconstruction
• Client DNA mapping
• Requirement gathering and understanding
• Sourcing relevant candidates
• Candidate discussion and Details collection
• Client Submissions
• Feedback follow-up
• Post offer follow-up / Post-joining follow-up for 90 days
• Candidate Engagement - End-to-end cycle
• Maintaining Data in ATS and trackers regularly
• Adhering to the company policies and processes

• You need to have the hunger to learn and the curiosity to understand.
• If you have a background in recruitment, it is a bonus, but we wish to start from ground Zero.
• Graduation is a must in any stream
• You should have a fair to connect with people and understand industries
• We will offer end-to-end training to you on all the important aspects of recruitment
