JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re hiring!

We’re looking for great people to join our Brisbane office but before we tell you about us and

what you’ll be doing, here are some examples of what is on offer for you:

Hybrid / flexible working
Industry leading ongoing training and career development
A commitment to health and wellbeing
Excellent base salary with uncapped commission
A chance to qualify for national and international recognition events
Regular social events
Paid charity days
Potential to work in other offices; nationally and internationally
Working with AI and industry leading tech
Early Friday finish
Promotion opportunities (your next job is likely to still be with us!)

That all sounds pretty good, right? So, let's tell you about your new team.

Our Brisbane office is made up of a close-knit group of people who all bring differing strengths and ideas. We believe that everyone has a voice in the direction of the business, what we’re trying to achieve and how we should do it. We have a strong focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion also ensuring that our thoughts and ideas are heard.

Most of us had other careers before recruitment, and we come from different backgrounds in terms of education as well as coming from differing parts of the world. We know that makes us stronger together.

But what we all have in common is our desire to work in a team environment where we value collaboration and celebrate each other’s successes as if they were our own, one where we work hard but also genuinely enjoy each other’s company. We’re ambitious, not just as individuals but also as a team. We take pride in our ethical approach, and we work very hard to provide an outstanding service to our clients and candidates alike.

Brisbane is obviously part of a large global organization but we’re very much a business within a business.

So, who are you?

In a nutshell we want to work with good people (as we’re sure you do too!). In addition, you’re a team player - that’s a non-negotiable for us. You might be an experienced recruiter looking for a move to a different environment and as such, you relish the chance to showcase your skills within a global business. Or someone with a career behind them that is looking for a new and rewarding challenge. We’re keen to hear from people with varying backgrounds however you’ll need to be capable of picking up the phone and speaking with new people every day – therefore experience in Sales / Business Development is often sought after. We’d also like you to have ambition. This is not a position for someone who just wants to settle. We want people who want to be a success personally, as well as share our group success. We’re looking for someone who wants a career, not just a job. We’re not looking for people just to fill seats, we want people who are eager to learn who have a great attitude. You will be ethical in your approach, honest, and be able to foster trust.

This is what you’ll be doing..

You’ll guide your clients through the hiring experience from start to finish resulting in the right person in the right job. You’ll be expected to grow your network through new business and expanding on existing relationships, get to know the market and be across hiring trends, conduct interviews, and importantly build strong relationships with your colleagues – after all, your internal brand is just as important as your external brand. This is a position that will challenge you and provide you with job satisfaction in equal measure. We have opportunities across our teams in Finance & Accounting, and Technology both on permanent and interim desks. If you're looking for a career in a global business where you'll be supported locally then this role could be exactly what you need.
