Recruitment Consultant (RPO)

At IMAN, we are looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant to serve one of our clients through an RPO project. If you are motivated by identifying talent, managing recruitment processes from start to finish, and being part of a dynamic team, this is your opportunity.

You will work in a specialized manner for a single client, becoming a key reference in talent acquisition and accompanying the entire selection process until the new workers are onboarded.

What you'll do

• Manage recruitment processes from start to finish for a single client.
• Perform proactive searching for profiles, especially technical ones, using different recruitment sources.
• Post job offers and manage applications.
• Coordinate the onboarding process and perform the onboarding of new workers.
• Maintain close communication with the client to guarantee an agile and high-quality service.

What we're looking for

• A Degree in Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or similar degrees will be valued.
• 2 years of experience in recruitment, especially with technical profiles or the industrial sector.
• Experience in direct candidate searching through job portals and other recruitment sources.
• Own vehicle to get to the center.
