What You'll Do
- Develop and grow your own client portfolio through business development and relationship management.
- Partner with clients to understand their hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions.
- Source, engage and manage high-quality candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Stay updated on Technology hiring trends and market insights.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development to successful placements.
