We are looking for a driven Recruitment Consultant to manage recruitment assignments from job briefing through successful placement.
Attractive Basic Salary + Uncapped Commissions + Incentives
Responsibilities
- Manage assigned job orders from sourcing to placement.
- Source and screen suitable candidates.
- Prepare candidate profiles and recommendations.
- Coordinate interviews and actively follow up with clients.
- Manage offers, candidate expectations and onboarding.
- Maintain client and candidate records in CRM.
- Build relationships with existing clients and identify new hiring opportunities.
- Actively sourcing and bringing new clients on-board
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment, staffing or employment agency work preferred.
- Able to manage the full recruitment cycle independently.
- Comfortable communicating with clients and candidates.
- Strong follow-up, ownership and closing mindset.
- Organised and able to manage multiple vacancies.
- Experience in foreign manpower, technical, manufacturing, service or volume recruitment is an advantage.
