We are offering an opportunity as a Recruitment Consultant specializing in BPO industries (such as Customer Service, Call-Center, Sales & Marketing) to be integrated with an international and innovative team.
The Role:
You will act as a Consultant, managing the bridge between high-growth BPO companies and talent.

- Talent Scouting: Proactively source and headhunt candidates using AI-driven tools and creative marketing.
- The Pitch: Pre-screen and interview candidates, acting as their career consultant to find the perfect fit.

- Relationship Building: Maintain continuous follow-ups, ensuring successful placements and happy candidates.

Requirements
If you are a communicator who thrives in fast-paced environments, you belong here.
- Language: Strong communication skills with a fluent/good level of English
- Mindset: You understand the BPO world (Call Centers, Sales, Tech Support) and enjoy the "hustle" of a sales-driven environment.
- Profile: Multicultural at heart. International experiences (Erasmus, volunteering, or travel) are highly valued.
