Recruitment Consultant

Location: Beirut, Lebanon | Full-Time

We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple clients, industries, and regional markets.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment assignments from briefing to placement.
• Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates.
• Manage client communication and hiring requirements.
• Build and maintain candidate networks.
• Manage multiple vacancies and ensure timely delivery.
• Support and mentor interns when required.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a consultancy or agency.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate management skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Regional recruitment experience is a plus.
• Fluent English; Arabic/French is a plus.
