Area of responsibility

• The Recruitment Consultants will fulfil a highly visible and 360-degree role in the company.
• Perform staffing activities for clients from various industries.
• Perform full recruitment cycle from advertising, screening, interviewing, recommendations to successful placements
• Propose and quote clients on the placement rates for various positions and salary tiers.
• Service existing clients and to source for new business as required
• Established clients rapport and loyalty through service quality
• Handle grievances, complaints and performance issues from candidates and clients alike
• Achieve individual and company’s sales targets

The Person

• Preferably a Diploma or Degree. Those without are most welcome to apply as well.
• Preferably at least 1 - 2 years of recruitment sales or sales experience in any industries.
• Have the passion to do sales and affinity to achieve sales targets.
• Resourceful, versatile and keen to communicate with all walks of life.
• Familiar with MS Office
