Recruitment Coordinator
Description
We are seeking a highly organized recruitment coordinator to support our talent acquisition team in managing interview coordination and candidate communications. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring a smooth recruitment process by coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment trackers, communicating with candidates, and supporting hiring activities across multiple projects and clients.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates, recruiters, hiring managers, and clients.
- Communicate interview details and updates to candidates in a timely and professional manner.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview confirmations, attendance, and feedback.
- Track interview outcomes, candidate statuses, and no-show cases.
- Maintain recruitment databases, trackers, and reporting tools.
- Prepare daily and weekly recruitment reports.
- Support recruiters throughout the hiring process and ensure proper documentation.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment cycle.
- Assist with recruitment administration and coordination activities as required.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition, or HR operations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple interview schedules and priorities simultaneously.
- Professional communication skills in English and Arabic.
Preferred qualifications:
- Previous experience within recruitment, manpower supply, or contracting companies.
- Familiarity with recruitment and workforce mobilization requirements for industrial and mega projects.
- Candidates with previous experience supporting projects for Saudi Aramco, NEOM, YASREF, KEMYA, SABIC, Royal Commission, or similar organizations will be preferred.
