Job Summary

We are looking for a Recruitment Executive who will handle end-to-end hiring – from sourcing candidates to onboarding. The ideal candidate should have basic recruitment knowledge and good communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand hiring needs from different departments
  
• Post job openings on job portals and social media
  
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.
  
• Conduct screening calls for applied Candidates
  
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and managers
  
• Maintain candidate database and update hiring trackers
  
• Assist in offer rollouts and onboarding process
  
• Ensure a smooth experience for all candidates
  

Requirements

• Graduate in any field (preferably in HR or Business)
  
• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Familiarity with job portals (e.g., Naukri, Indeed)
  
• Willingness to learn and grow with the team
