Job Title: Recruitment intern

Requirements

● Bachelor’s degree in any relevant field of study.
● 6 months to 1 year of recruitment or HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment, and passionate about the work done at One Acre Fund for Smallholder Farmers.
● Familiarity with Google Workspace and Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse) is a plus.
● Basic data analysis skills, with the ability to identify patterns.
● Great learning skills, curiosity, and strong attention to detail.
● Strong communication and ability to collaborate effectively with different stakeholders.
● Proficiency in English is required.
