Job Requirements:

• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with company hiring needs.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.
• Lead and supervise the Recruitment team and distribute tasks effectively.
• Create and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies.
• Develop and optimize sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and recruitment platforms.

No remote, 2+ years experience in a large company, only male
