Job Summary

Inter-Con Security is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Compliance Administrator to support the day-to-day administration of our recruiting operations. This role is responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of recruiting data, performing routine audits, monitoring process compliance, and assisting with administrative tasks that support the Talent Acquisition team.

The ideal candidate is dependable, process-driven, and comfortable working with data, systems, and documentation in a fast-paced environment. This position plays an important role in ensuring recruiting activities are completed accurately, records are properly maintained, company policies and procedures are followed, and operational reporting is kept up to date. The Talent Acquisition Compliance Administrator will also provide administrative support for training initiatives, process documentation, and other projects that help improve the efficiency and consistency of the Talent Acquisition function.

In This Role, You Will

50% | Administrative & Operational Support

  • Support department initiatives designed to improve operational efficiency, compliance, and user adoption of recruiting systems and processes.

  • Collaborate with recruiters, operations teams, and cross-functional partners to ensure administrative and compliance-related tasks are completed accurately and on time.

  • Assist with special projects and operational priorities that support Talent Acquisition and organizational objectives.

  • Contribute ideas and recommendations that enhance process effectiveness and reporting capabilities.

20% | Reporting & Productivity Support

  • Create, maintain, and distribute recruiting compliance dashboards, productivity reports, and operational metrics.

  • Prepare executive-level reporting and data reviews that provide visibility into recruiting performance, compliance trends, and process effectiveness.

  • Analyze data to identify patterns, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

  • Support leadership with ad hoc reporting and strategic workforce analytics requests.

20% | Training & Coordination

  • Coordinate weekly recruiting training sessions, onboarding activities, and departmental communications.

  • Track training participation and completion to ensure compliance with established requirements.

  • Partner with Recruiting Operations leadership to maintain training materials and process documentation.

  • Assist in communicating process updates, compliance initiatives, and operational changes across the recruiting organization.

10% | Compliance Auditing & Process Governance

  • Conduct regular audits of recruiting systems, workflows, and documentation to ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and applicable employment laws.

  • Monitor recruiting activities for process adherence and identify opportunities to improve consistency, accuracy, and accountability.

  • Investigate discrepancies, document findings, and partner with stakeholders to implement corrective actions.

  • Maintain audit records and support compliance reviews for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Assist in the development, documentation, and maintenance of recruiting compliance procedures and best practices.

  • Excel – Report creation, data organization, and presentation formatting.

  • Salesforce – Job posting management, tracking, and report generation.

  • Fountain ATS – Applicant tracking, process monitoring, and recruiting compliance reviews.

Must Haves

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

  • 1–3 years of experience in an administrative or operations support role; Salesforce experience strongly preferred.

  • Exceptional attention to detail with a demonstrated ability to identify discrepancies and maintain data accuracy.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

  • Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable with a commitment to continuous improvement.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.

Nice to Have

  • Salesforce Trailhead completions or similar technical certifications.

  • Experience supporting compliance, auditing, quality assurance, or governance-related processes.

  • Comfort manipulating data and creating basic reports.

  • Experience supporting recruiting, HR, or workforce operations teams.

  • Knowledge of employment-related compliance requirements and recruiting best practices.

  • Interest in process improvement and project coordination.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Conduct recurring audits of recruiting processes, systems, and documentation to ensure compliance with organizational standards and applicable regulations.

  • Monitor recruiting workflows and identify opportunities to improve process adherence, data integrity, and operational effectiveness.

  • Document audit findings and partner with stakeholders to resolve compliance gaps and process issues.

  • Create, maintain, and distribute compliance reports, productivity dashboards, and executive-level data reviews.

  • Track and analyze recruiting compliance metrics and operational performance indicators.

  • Coordinate recruiting training sessions, onboarding activities, and departmental communications.

  • Maintain and update recruiting process documentation, procedures, and training resources.

  • Partner with recruiters, operations teams, and leadership to ensure administrative and compliance-related tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.

  • Support strategic initiatives focused on process improvement, reporting enhancements, and operational excellence.

  • Provide general operational support to the Recruiting Operations Department as needed.

  • Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned to support evolving business needs.
