About the Role

If you are a self-motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about recruiting and

building relationships, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join our team

as a Recruitment Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

● Familiarity with online recruiting tools and social media platforms

● Develop and implement a proactive recruiting strategy to attract, recruit and onboard new and experienced independent mortgage agents to the brokerage

● Build and maintain a pipeline of potential agents through various sourcing techniques

such as online job boards, networking events, social media, referrals, and other creative campus/industry outreach

● Manage the end-to-end agent screening process: screen, interview, follow up and assess the

qualifications of prospective agents to ensure that all information requests are answered

and addressed

● Build and nurture strong relationships with potential agents, ensuring that they feel supported and

valued by the brokerage

● Attend industry events and networking functions to establish dialogue and connect with top Mortgage Agents

● Maintain accurate records and reports related to recruitment activities

● Provide ongoing feedback to management on the effectiveness of the recruiting process

and suggest improvements as necessary

Requirements

Success looks like if you are:

● Experienced. To succeed in this role, we’re asking for 4 to 5 years' experience in

recruiting

● Driven. Motivation is key. we’re looking for individuals with a remarkable drive to learn

and reach goals

● Problem Solver. Proven problem solving-skills and agility to anticipate and table any task

assigned

● Prioritize. Ability to understand and prioritize workflow priorities while taking initiative

to begin, track, and complete tasks and/or projects

● Organizer. Effective time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple

priorities and meet deadlines

● Communicator. Strong written and oral communication skills and demonstrated ability

to collaborate and communicate effectively with potential mortgage agents

● Listener. Skilled listener that could tune in accurately to opinions, feelings and needs of

people. With demonstrated ability to be empathetic.

● Learner - The ability to adapt and learn quickly. Knowledge of the mortgage industry,

including competitor offerings

● Dedicated. Vigorous work ethic, dedication, and honesty.

● Base Salary- 60,000- 80,000 + Competitive Commission Structure
