On behalf of our client, a leading group of companies in Libya, specializes in Fashion Retail, F&B, Healthcare, Automobiles, Construction, Electromechanical, and Alternative Energy. We are seeking a (Recruitment Specialist) to manage the full hiring cycle and attract top talent. The role ensures smooth candidate experience and effective recruitment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage Recruitment : Oversee end-to-end hiring, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Talent Sourcing : Develop strategies and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Screening & Interviews : Review resumes, conduct interviews, and coordinate assessments.
- Compliance & Reporting : Ensure legal compliance and maintain recruitment data.
- Collaboration : Work with payroll and department managers for smooth hiring.
- Workforce Planning : Align hiring with business needs and conduct store visits.
- Industry Trends : Stay updated on recruitment best practices and market trends.
Requirements
- Previous experience in recruitment or HR.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to assess candidates effectively and match them with the right roles.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
- Fluent English and good communication and computer skills.
Language Requirements:
- Arabic: Native level.
- English: Intermediate level.
Additional Information:
- Working hours: 9:00 AM to 16:00 PM.
- Working days: Sat – Thu.
