Role Overview

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist, internally known as Recruitment Administrator to provide essential support to our recruitment team, focusing on recruitment and onboarding support within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.


This role works closely with recruiters to manage the next stages of the hiring process, including interviews, candidate documentation, pre-employment requirements, and tracker updates. You will play a key role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and a smooth candidate experience across end-to-end recruitment activities, particularly for blue-collar and trades roles supporting Australian operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate pre-employment requirements including booking medicals and scheduling, monitor reference checks for timely completion, and prepare and dispatch onboarding packs for successful candidates.
  • Follow up on required tickets, licenses, and qualifications to ensure compliance with role and site requirements
  • Support end-to-end recruitment coordination, including data entry, documentation, and candidate communication
  • Manage recruitment inbox, respond to queries, and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers, while ensuring proper filing, organization, and archiving of all recruitment documents in line with internal processes.
  • Assist in ensuring candidates meet Australian compliance requirements prior to mobilisation (e.g., licenses, certifications, and qualifications)
  • Support recruiters in high-volume, reactive hiring requirements, including coordination of multiple candidates across different roles and timelines


What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field with minimum of 5 years’ experience in recruitment administration or coordination, preferably in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Exposure to Australian recruitment and onboarding processes is preferred
  • Experience supporting blue-collar recruitment within construction, mining, or industrial sectors
  • Familiarity with trade roles such as electricians, welders, boilermakers, fitters, operators, and technicians, including their qualification requirements
  • Basic understanding of Australian compliance and certifications, including:
    • Trade certificates
    • White Card
    • Confined Space
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, recruitment trackers, and database systems
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines
  • Must be willing to work full time onsite at Arcovia City, Brgy. Ugong, Pasig City (Monday - Friday, morning shift).
