Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including manpower requisition, sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer management, and onboarding.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements, develop recruitment strategies, and ensure timely fulfillment of hiring needs.
Build and maintain talent pipelines through various sourcing channels, including job portals, recruitment agencies, universities, social media, and networking initiatives.
Supervise and develop the recruitment team while ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Monitor recruitment KPIs, prepare recruitment reports, recommend process improvements, and support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the Company's talent acquisition efforts.
Ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies and applicable employment regulations.

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of recruitment experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
Experience handling end-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and organizational levels.
Strong interviewing, candidate assessment, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with recruitment systems (ATS), job portals, and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken, is preferred.
