a Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting recruitment
projects across Poland and other European countries where Lionbridge operates.
You will work closely with hiring managers and candidates to attract, assess,

end-to-end recruitment processes across a variety of business functions.</span><p></p></li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in;line-height:115%;"><span style="font-family:Arial;">Partner
with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment support
throughout the process.</span><p></p></li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in;line-height:115%;"><span style="font-family:Arial;">Source
and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels.</span><p></p></li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in;line-height:115%;"><span style="font-family:Arial;">Build
and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.</span><p></p></li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in;line-height:115%;"><span style="font-family:Arial;">Recruit
for roles across functions such as IT, Finance, Sales, Human Resources,
Administration, Operations, Customer Support, Games and other corporate areas.</span><p></p></li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in;line-height:115%;"><span style="font-family:Arial;">Conduct
screenings and interviews and assess candidates against role requirements.</span><p></p></li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in;line-height:115%;"><span style="font-family:Arial;">Ensure
a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.</span><p></p></li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in;line-height:115%;"><span style="font-family:Arial;">Maintain
candidate records and recruitment activity within the ATS.</span><p></p></li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in;line-height:115%;"><span style="font-family:Arial;">Track

years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.</span><p></p></li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in;line-height:115%;"><span style="font-family:Arial;">Experience
managing end-to-end recruitment processes.</span><p></p></li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in;line-height:115%;"><span style="font-family:Arial;">Experience
recruiting for a variety of professional roles across different business
functions.</span><p></p></li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in;line-height:115%;"><span style="font-family:Arial;">Strong
sourcing skills and experience using LinkedIn Recruiter.</span><p></p></li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in;line-height:115%;"><span style="font-family:Arial;">Experience
working in an international environment or supporting hiring across multiple
locations.</span><p></p></li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in;line-height:115%;"><span style="font-family:Arial;">Excellent
communication and relationship-building skills.</span><p></p></li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in;line-height:115%;"><span style="font-family:Arial;">Strong
organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes
simultaneously.</span><p></p></li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in;line-height:115%;"><span style="font-family:Arial;">A
proactive and solution-oriented approach to work.</span><p></p></li><li style="margin:0in 0in 0in 0.25in;line-height:115%;"><span style="font-family:Arial;">Polish
