Recruitment Specialist
About the Role
- We're looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
- Whether you have recruitment experience or come from a background in sales, business development, or another customer-facing role, you'll have the opportunity to build your own portfolio of clients and candidates while earning attractive commissions.
- No prior recruitment experience is required. Comprehensive training and mentorship will be provided.
Responsibilities
- Source and interview candidates for positions across various industries.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and job seekers.
- Understand clients' hiring needs and recommend suitable candidates.
- Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer management.
- Conduct reference checks and salary negotiations.
- Prepare candidate profiles and coordinate interviews.
- Develop new business opportunities through business development and networking.
- Maintain accurate records in the recruitment database.
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment, sales, business development, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
- Certified Employment Intermediaries (CEI) certification is preferred.
