Job Summary

As part of Tetra Pak’s Human Resources function, Talent Acquisition plays a key role in enabling strong and sustainable hiring decisions in a global and constantly evolving environment.

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our Global Talent Acquisition Services team. In this role, you will partner closely with hiring managers, stakeholders, and business partners, mainly across the APAC to translate business needs into effective and practical recruitment strategies, combining global standards with strong local market insight.

You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, balancing strategic contribution with operational excellence, while ensuring a high-quality, consistent, and positive hiring experience for both candidates and stakeholders. This role is ideal for a recruitment professional who enjoys working closely with the business, taking ownership, and making a meaningful impact within a collaborative global environment.

This position will report to Manager Recruitment Services APAC and be based in Chakan, Pune India.

What you will do

  • Partner with hiring managers, stakeholders, and key business partners to support and influence hiring decisions aligned with business priorities;
  • Translate business requirements into clear and effective recruitment strategies, combining global guidelines with local market knowledge;
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from intake to offer and onboarding readiness, ensuring quality, consistency, and timely delivery;
  • Design and execute sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessment activities to identify the right talent;
  • Act as a trusted Talent Advisor by sharing market insights and best practices, helping hiring managers make informed and equitable decisions.
  • Deliver a positive, transparent, and engaging candidate experience throughout the hiring journey;
  • Ensure accurate management of recruitment systems and administrative processes, supporting smooth transitions to onboarding;
  • Collaborate within the global Talent Acquisition community, contributing to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement initiatives.

We believe you have

  • Hold a full-time university degree. Master’s degree in preferred.
  • Bring at least 5 years of proven experience in corporate talent acquisition preferably in manufacturing / engineering environment, with a passion for delivering results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of sourcing, interviewing, and assessment techniques
  • Experience with ATS and recruitment tools
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently while staying connected and collaborative with a global team.
