Recruitment Specialist

At Tritusa, we're looking for a passionate, proactive, and results-driven Recruitment Specialist to join our growing Talent Acquisition team. In this role, you'll manage end-to-end recruitment across Australia and global markets.

You'll play a critical role in building high-performing teams by developing strong talent pipelines, delivering an outstanding candidate experience, and supporting Tritusa's continued growth. • Manage the complete end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from job requisition through to offer acceptance and onboarding.
  
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements, workforce planning, and recruitment priorities.
  
• Source, engage, and attract high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, networking, social media, and direct sourcing strategies.
  
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs across Australia and global markets.
  
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates to evaluate technical capability, communication skills, cultural fit, and overall suitability.
  
• Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, hiring manager feedback, and recruitment logistics.
  
• Negotiate offers, manage candidate expectations, and successfully close candidates while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  
• Manage multiple recruitment assignments simultaneously while maintaining quality, speed, and recruitment KPIs.
  
• Maintain accurate recruitment documentation, candidate records, Applicant Tracking System (ATS) data, and recruitment reports.
  
• Monitor recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness, and offer acceptance rates.
  
• Conduct talent mapping, market research, salary benchmarking, and competitor analysis to support strategic hiring decisions.
  
• Build strong relationships with universities, professional communities, industry networks, and external recruitment partners to strengthen Tritusa's employer brand.
  
• Coordinate onboarding activities, pre-employment checks, documentation, and new hire readiness before commencement.
  
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with employment legislation, company policies, and recruitment best practices.
  
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and candidate engagement initiatives.
  

Requirements

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably within IT, Technology, SAP, Software Testing, Digital, Engineering, or Professional Services.
  
• Proven experience recruiting permanent, contract, and consulting professionals across technical and corporate functions.
  
• Strong expertise in sourcing passive and active candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek, Naukri, Indeed, referrals, networking, and direct sourcing techniques.
  
• Demonstrated success managing multiple vacancies simultaneously while consistently achieving hiring targets and recruitment KPIs.
  
• Excellent interviewing, candidate assessment, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  
• Strong understanding of technical recruitment and emerging technology skill sets.
  
• Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Zoho Recruit, Zoho People, or similar HR and recruitment platforms.
  
• Commercial understanding of recruitment metrics including time-to-fill, quality of hire, pipeline conversion, and candidate experience.
  
• Strong organisational, planning, and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence candidates and stakeholders at all levels.
  
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a high-performing team.
  
• Proactive, adaptable, and results-driven with a high level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
