You Will Build And Strengthen The Frontline Workforce By Leading End-To-End Recruitment Strategies, Optimizing Hiring Processes, And Developing High-Performing Recruitment Teams To Support Business Growth Across Nationwide Operations.
What You Will Do?
Plan And Execute End-To-End Recruitment For Beauty Advisors (BA) And Product Consultants (PC) Across Nationwide Locations
Manage Manpower Planning And Vacancy Fulfillment To Achieve Hiring Targets
Expand And Optimize Recruitment Channels, Including Facebook, TikTok, LINE, Job Boards, And Employee Referral Programs
Lead, Coach, And Develop The Recruitment Team To Achieve Individual And Team KPIs
Build And Maintain A Strong Talent Pool To Support Ongoing And Future Hiring Needs
Monitor Recruitment Performance And Provide Regular Hiring Reports And Insights
Analyze Recruitment Data To Identify Improvement Opportunities And Enhance Recruitment Processes
Collaborate With Operations Teams And Clients To Support Business Expansion And New Project Requirements
What You Will Need?
Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Or Related Field
At Least 3–5 Years Of Experience In Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Or Related Field
Experience Recruiting High-Volume Frontline Or Retail Positions Is Preferred
Strong Planning, Analytical, And Problem-Solving Skills
Excellent Communication And Stakeholder Management Skills
Ability To Manage Multiple Hiring Projects And Meet Recruitment Targets
Proficiency In Microsoft Office And Recruitment Systems Or ATS Is Preferred
