Fleet Repair Solutions is growing and looking for skilled Refrigeration (Reefer) Technicians to support our Atlanta, GA service area. If you're experienced with trailer refrigeration systems and enjoy a mobile, hands-on environment, this is a great opportunity to work with a team that values your expertise.

What You'll Be Doing:
- Troubleshooting and repairing refrigeration units on tractor-trailers
- Completing preventative maintenance on reefer systems
- Diagnosing electrical and telematics-related issues
- Performing inspections and repairs from a fully equipped service truck
- Documenting repairs and work orders using company systems
What We're Looking For:
- Hands-on experience with trailer refrigeration (reefer) systems
- EPA 608 Certification required (609 preferred)
- Working knowledge of trailer repair and DOT inspections
- Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics
- Experience troubleshooting using alarm codes
- Welding experience (steel and aluminum) is a plus
- Valid driver's license with a clean record
- CDL is helpful but not required
This role operates out of a mobile service truck and supports multiple service areas, including Fredericksburg, Richmond, and Ashland. Candidates located within a reasonable drive of these areas are preferred.
