Referral Executive
Summary
Builds and maintains relationships with doctors, agencies, and insurers to promote hospital services and ensure patient data accuracy.
•Determining targets for external parties (doctors/specialists/agents/agencies) based on hospital facilities, resources, and needs to grow according to the approach strategy in introducing hospital services and facilities.
•Establishing good and regular cooperation with external parties to maximize the utilization of hospital facilities and services.
•Ensuring the completeness and accuracy of patient data recording for use in monthly reports.
•Building, maintaining, and monitoring good relationships with International Insurance/Agencies/Embassies served as well as Online Aggregators to ensure compliance with agreements.
•Bachelor Degree from Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or relevant field.
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with patients, referring providers, and internal staff.
•Strong customer service skills to provide a positive experience for patients and referring providers.
•Experience building networks and experience managing internal and external stakeholder relationships
•At least 2-3 experiences in relevant disciplines. Key account management, contract negotiation.
