Regional Assistant Manager, IT Solutions (OutSystems)
Job Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, maintenance, and integration of workflow applications using OutSystems, including end-user support.
- Develop and support web-based applications using.NET, C#, ASP.NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python, including API integrations.
- Lead regional IT and digital transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery, risk management, system integration, and alignment with business and global IT requirements.
- Collaborate with business units, global IT teams, and vendors to identify requirements, implement digital solutions, and drive process automation and technology adoption.
- Manage and mentor a team of IT specialists while providing technical guidance, user training, and ensuring solutions meet cybersecurity, data privacy, and compliance requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of IT experience focused on OutSystems/ workflow systems, digital solutions, system integration, or IT project management; regional or multi-country experience is preferred.
- Hands-on experience with OutSystems and coding, with knowledge of .NET/C#, web technologies, APIs, databases, cloud platforms, ERP systems, or automation technologies.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills; ITIL, PMP,or relevant cloud/web development certifications are advantageous.
