Regional Business Development Manager
We are seeking a dynamic Regional Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our footprint in the facility management sector across Cairo. This leadership role requires strategic thinking, strong relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of market trends to identify new business opportunities and cultivate lasting client partnerships. Responsibilities: - Develop and implement regional business development strategies to achieve company growth objectives. - Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the facility management industry in the Cairo region. - Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners. - Conduct market research to stay updated on competitor activities and industry trends. - Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions that meet client needs and enhance customer satisfaction. - Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients. - Negotiate contracts and close deals to maximize revenue and profitability. - Monitor regional sales performance and provide regular reports to senior management. - Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions. - Lead and mentor junior team members to achieve collective goals.
- Proven experience in business development or sales roles within the facility management industry. - Strong understanding of the Cairo market and regional business landscape. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies. - Proactive, results-oriented, and self-motivated with a passion for driving business growth. - Ability to build and sustain professional relationships with clients and partners. - Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and competitor activities. - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; MBA is a plus. - Fluency in English and Arabic is highly desirable. - Willingness to travel within the region as required.
