Regional Business Operations Executive [EL]

Support regional customer account management and daily operational activities.

Maintain regular communication with customers and regional stakeholders to ensure service expectations are met.

Monitor customer KPIs and coordinate initiatives to improve service performance.

Analyse customer requirements and operational processes to identify improvement opportunities.

Support business reviews, prepare QBR presentations, and provide performance updates.

Coordinate customer onboarding and implementation projects with relevant teams.

Monitor regional market developments and communicate potential risks with recommended action plans.

Promote best practices and consistent operating procedures across regional teams.

Support business growth through effective stakeholder engagement and operational improvements.

Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
