Regional CDL-A Driver | Publix Dedicated Account | Up to $95K Annually

We are hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for a dedicated Publix account, transporting groceries in refrigerated trailers. Enjoy no-touch freight, competitive pay, modern sleeper trucks, and a consistent five-day workweek with consecutive days off.

Pay & Earnings

• Average annual pay: $80,000–$85,000
• Top annual pay: $95,000
• Mileage pay: $0.60 per mile
• Stop pay: $16.25 per stop
• Layover pay: $31.50 per night away from home
• Detention pay: $20 per hour
• Paid weekly

Schedule & Home Time

• Five-day workweek, with an optional sixth day
• Two consecutive days off, typically Tuesday–Wednesday or Wednesday–Thursday
• Morning and afternoon start times available
• Weekend work required
• Approximately 3–4 layovers per week
• Regional routes through Tennessee, North Carolina, and the Florida Panhandle

Freight & Equipment

• Haul grocery loads for dedicated customer Publix
• Refrigerated (reefer) trailers
• No-touch freight
• Assigned late-model Freightliner Cascadia sleeper trucks

Requirements

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A)
• Previous sleeper truck experience required
• Ability to work weekends and complete regional routes with overnight layovers
