Regional Compliance Nurse HGM Salary

The Regional Compliance Nurse works under the direction of the Clinical Operations Director to provide clinical leadership, guidance and education of regulatory compliance of company clinical services in accordance with established policies and procedures and state and federal regulations. The Regional Compliance Nurse works closely with facility Administrators and Directors of Nursing to ensure staff development, company policies, and resident care is audited. The Regional Compliance Nurse makes recommendations for company-wide implementation and writes and enforces approved policies at the facility level. This position will provide services to clients of Health Group Management and traveling throughout the assigned UT region may be needed.
