Regional Corporate Communications Specialist (MNC / 5 days) [EL]
Job Summary
This role will play a key part in shaping and executing the organisation's PR and communications agenda across Southeast Asia. Based in Singapore, the position will oversee media relations and support regional communications strategy, corporate and internal communications, agency partnerships, and sustainability reporting initiatives.
Key Accountabilities
Regional Communications & PR
- Drive the development and execution of integrated communications strategies across Southeast Asian markets.
- Build and maintain effective relationships with media and relevant external stakeholders in Singapore.
- Lead the development of press materials, media narratives and executive communications.
- Support communications for product launches, campaigns and key PR initiatives.
- Partner with country teams to align communications strategies, messaging and execution.
- Oversee regional PR agencies, including briefing, performance management, KPI tracking and evaluation of communication outcomes.
Sustainability Communications & Reporting
- Coordinate sustainability communications and reporting activities across the region.
- Engage internal and external stakeholders to collect, consolidate and validate relevant data.
- Support the development, review and validation of sustainability reporting materials.
- Track project milestones and coordinate stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of sustainability-related initiatives.
Corporate & Internal Communications
- Develop and manage internal communications programmes, including regular newsletters and employee updates.
- Support corporate positioning, messaging and executive communications.
- Develop briefing materials, interview talking points and Q&A content for designated spokespersons.
- Ensure clear, accurate and consistent messaging across internal and external communication channels.
Key Job Requirements
- Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or a related field.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in public relations, communications or a related function.
- Demonstrated experience in media relations and communications strategy.
- Experience managing PR agencies, vendors or external communications partners.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different markets and functions.
- Strong project management and organisational capabilities.
- Regional or multi-market communications experience is an advantage.
